About the Company
RMErecruit is delighted to represent a growing, highly regarded small to medium-sized enterprise based in Belfast as they recruit a talented Management Accountant.
The Role
- Management Accounts: Full production of monthly management accounts accompanied by detailed commercial analysis.
- Strategic Support: Working alongside Directors to provide financial insights for business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Evaluating and improving financial systems and internal controls.
- Financial Planning: Managing the annual budget and maintaining regular cash flow forecasts.
- Team Collaboration: Contributing to a high-performing team and supporting the wider business function.
The Person
- Experience: Significant experience as a Management Accountant within a small to medium-sized enterprise environment.
- Skills: Strong ability to improve systems and processes, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Communication: Capable of communicating financial performance clearly and effectively to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified, or currently a finalist. Candidates who are qualified by experience will also be considered provided they possess relevant expertise.
