The Role

You will act as a key advisor, ensuring clients remain compliant while optimising their workforce strategies.

The Person

  • We are seeking a technically astute and commercially minded Employment Tax Manager to lead our compliance and advisory functions.
  • This role is designed for a professional who understands that managing a workforce involves more than just numbers; it requires a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and the legal complexities of employment.
  • As a critical link between complex tax legislation and business operations, you will ensure that our workforce strategies are both tax-efficient and fully compliant with evolving HMRC standards.

Qualifications Required

  • Professional Accreditation: CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser) or ACA/ACCA qualified status is essential.
  • Experience: Proven track record in an employment tax advisory role, either in-house or within a professional services firm.
  • Analytical Precision: Strong ability to interpret complex legislation and translate it into practical, commercial business solutions.

  • Flexibility: Benefit from a flexible working environment that respects and supports a healthy work-life balance.
  • Compensation: Receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor a professional team, sharing your expertise in both tax legislation and employment regulations.
