The Role
As an Audit Manager, you will be a pivotal link between the Partner group and the audit team, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of local and national clients. Your duties will include:
- Portfolio Management: Overseeing the end-to-end planning, execution, and finalization of statutory audits for an established client base across Northern Ireland.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Managing and developing a team of seniors and trainees, providing the technical guidance and support necessary for their career progression.
- Technical Advisory: Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear technical guidance and ensuring all audit queries are resolved efficiently.
- Operational Oversight: Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure the high-quality, timely delivery of all audit engagements.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships through regular engagement and a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to current regulatory standards and the firm’s internal quality control frameworks.

Qualifications Required
This role is ideal for a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with significant post-qualification experience in Audit.
