Demonstrates a robust blend of financial control, full-cycle month-end reporting, Director-level business partnering, and complex variance analysis.

 

Possesses distinct experience in corporate transactions—including compiling completion accounts for business sales—and managing multi-jurisdictional compliance across the UK, Republic of Ireland, and Europe.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serves as a key liaison between operational teams, external consultants, auditors, and private equity shareholders.
  • Process Oversight: Hands-on management of core ledger functions (AP, AR, Credit Control, daily cash postings, and weekly payment runs).
Commercial/Business
  • Multi-Sector Knowledge: Broad exposure across fast-paced commercial environments, including Logistics & Distribution, Global Manufacturing & Engineering, Professional Services, and Real Estate.
  • Treasury & Liquidity Management: Skilled in producing short-term cash flow forecasting models and liquidity analyses for group reporting and investors.
  • M&A / Corporate Transactions: Directly compiled completion accounts following the sale of a business and managed associated audit and intergroup settlements.

Key Qualifications

  • ACCA: Part-Qualified (Qualified by Experience)
  • Degree: BSc (Hons) Business Studies with Diploma in Accounting
  • Location & Eligibility: Northern Ireland | Full UK Driving License | Right to Work in the UK
